- Controlled Absorption – The base formulation needed to allow for fast mucosal absorption while avoiding leakage or irritation, requiring several rounds of texture and permeability testing.
- Pouch Fabric Compatibility – Not all pouch fabrics interact well with cannabinoids or flavor oils. We worked closely with material suppliers to find food-safe, non-reactive, and comfortable materials suited for intraoral use.
- Regulatory Compliance – Every variation in CBD/THC ratio demanded accurate labeling, shelf-life validation, and compliance documentation, particularly for multi-market distribution where laws vary.
- Small-Scale Batch Precision – For medical and wellness testing phases, small batch runs were crucial. We overcame the challenge of maintaining consistency and accuracy even in pilot-scale production.
